2025 TOUR

GET READY FOR A UNIQUE ADVENTURE FILLED TOUR

Our adventures cover Moroccan essential and touristically attractive areas and landscapes, accessible to most visitors.  However, what really sets our tours apart is the journey between these tourist areas.  We offer unique routes, far from conventional roads and the usual tourist itineraries for 4×4 vehicles.  They are carefully designed routes, technically detailed and of exceptional beauty, the result of 15 years of experience in preparing routes for our events.  A good number of areas that we will pass through are not even accessible for rental 4×4 vehicles, intended for touristic use, even with drivers, due to lack of mechanical or rescue services.

BRIEFING AND TEST DAY

BRIEFING AND TEST DAY

Erfoud
A day of preparation and adaptation for the great adventure that awaits us.  We will begin with a general briefing, covering all the crucial aspects of the adventure.  This will include vehicle operation, navigation details and the vehicle assignment itself.  In addition, we will practice driving in the vicinity of our accommodation.

1st STAGE

1st STAGE

Erfoud - Ait Ben Haddou
The adventure begins off-road, where we will discover some of the emblematic monuments in the desert: the 'Stairway to Heaven', the 'City of Orion', and the 'Conch'.  Our adventure will take us through the impressive Todra Gorges, world-renowned as one of the most spectacular rock canyons on the planet.  The final touch will be a visit to the imposing Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a wonderful fortress built with clay and stone, framed by spectacular walls.  This place, one of the most beautiful in Morocco, is an essential stop for those who want to immerse themselves in the essence of the desert.

2nd STAGE

2nd STAGE

Ait Ben Hadou > Foum Zguide
In this stage we will explore the captivating Ait Ben Haddou and then enter a stunning landscape, alternating between tracks and roads, until we reach Foum Zguid.  Located south of the Anti-Atlas Mountain Range, in the Jebel Bani mountains, this town, developed around a Moroccan military post,  has become an important crossroads and caravan passage.  It offers essential services for travellers and is known for its camel breeding, oasis farming and an economy based on solidarity cooperatives.  Foum Zguid, formerly part of the Paris-Dakar Rally route, today welcomes adventurers in off road vehicles who cross this inhospitable region of the Sahara.

3rd STAGE

3rd STAGE

Foum Zguide - Zagora
We will enter the heart of the desert and cross the immense Iriki Lake, an extensive flat surface that is dry for most of the year.  Our destination will be Erg Chegaga, an impressive set of dunes that rise up to 520m. This is one of the two largest dune deserts in the Moroccan Sahara, located a few kilometres from the Algerian border.  This remote place, accessible only by 4x4 vehicles and far from conventional tourist routes, will offer us a unique experience.  On our trip, we will also visit the Sacred Oasis and M'hamid, before concluding our tour in Zagora.

4TH STAGE

4TH STAGE

Zagora > Merzouga
We continue our journey through the heart of the desert, crossing extensive plains and rivers of sand, as well as the complicated 'fesh-fesh' areas near Ramlia.  On our way we will discover the mysterious 'Lost City' and the Ouzina dunes, places that were once key points of the Dakar.  Our journey will finally take us to Erg Chebbi, the most impressive erg in the country.  It extends approximately 28 kilometres from north to south and 5 km wide.  The Erg Chebbi dunes reach heights of up to 150 metres, adding even more spectacular character to this already impressive landscape.

5TH STAGE

5TH STAGE

Merzouga
We will spend our last day by the majestic Erg Chebbi.  We will begin by contouring a part of this impressive dune area before crossing it from east to west.  Next, we will head towards Erg-Znaigui and later we will explore the impressive sand river that borders Erg Chebbi.  It will be the finishing touch to our trip, which will conclude in a spectacular landscape next to one of the most mythical places in Morocco.
