In this stage we will explore the captivating Ait Ben Haddou and then enter a stunning landscape, alternating between tracks and roads, until we reach Foum Zguid. Located south of the Anti-Atlas Mountain Range, in the Jebel Bani mountains, this town, developed around a Moroccan military post, has become an important crossroads and caravan passage. It offers essential services for travellers and is known for its camel breeding, oasis farming and an economy based on solidarity cooperatives. Foum Zguid, formerly part of the Paris-Dakar Rally route, today welcomes adventurers in off road vehicles who cross this inhospitable region of the Sahara.
